Good-Bye Seattle

My dear amazing yoga students and fellow yoga practitioners in Seattle,

As some of you already have heard, I am moving down to Texas with my family next weekend. It has happened so quickly and I am truly sorry if I don’t have time to see you before I leave.

My words can’t express how much I appreciate all of you in my life. Yoga has been a life saver for me during my early motherhood and still is an essential part of my life. It has helped me keep sane when I was learning to be a mom, helped me learn how to deal with my physical imbalances and cope with the mental/emotional challenges of life.

Along the way, I met all of you. We met in a class, a workshop, and sometime outside of class. We shared not only props, but our thoughts and experiences. There was so much laughter and joy with all of you. I cherish every moment we had together.

And my students, oh my, I really get emotional when I think about each one of you. Thank you SO much for letting me share my limited experience. Thank you for being so open and willing to learn. Thank you for enduring my weird jokes and Asian accent. Most of all, thank you for being you. I have learned a lot from each one of you and please know that you have a special place in my heart.

As they say, there will be no hello if there is no good-bye. I am very sad to leave you but I believe we will cross paths again in the future. Until then, take care and keep up with your practice!

Good-bye for now.

With much love,

Huijung
